Step 1
Design research to confirm real user needs
Me and my colleague Ramon da Silva started this project with mapping our user journeys in collaboration with our stakeholders to discover what we knew and still needed to know to create a design hypothesis.
Besides that, we visited two Volvo dealerships and collected valuable insights there.
Step 2
Mapping user needs and current way of working
Thanks to our interviews and visits, we were able to cleary define what we needed to do to solve our users daily challenges.
We used this to create a product hypothesis that we could test with our users.
Step 3
Packaging our research into an actual product
Based on our research, we designed a native application that merged the three services that technicians and service managers were using into a scalable application.
We tested the application with our users discovering and iterating on their feedback.
Step 4
Testing, release and continuous support
We were happy to be part of the mobile application launch on September the 26th!
We are now supporting the product with future improvements, designing new concepts and most importantly with user testing.
